We are here for you.

Introduction

Our warm, professional team of counsellors can support you with a wide range of issues, from loneliness, grief and relationship difficulties to depression, stress, and anxiety. If you are struggling with something, please do get in touch. We are here to support you.

We work with individuals and couples. We offer in-person and online counselling.

We are a church-based service with counsellors of Christian faith, and we welcome those of other faiths or no faith. Our vision is that, regardless of faith, people reach their full potential – a place of wholeness for every person, in every way, in every part of their lives.

What to expect?

After an assessment session, you would be allocated to a counsellor. You would meet together at the same time every week for an hour. The number of sessions would depend on the issues you bring.

Next steps

Whatever is going on for you, please do get in touch. Please leave a message with your name and contact information, and we’ll get back to you within a few days.

Cost

We charge £40 per session. If this is problematic, please let us know, as you may qualify for a reduced-fee place. We have benefited from a grant from the Benefact Trust and Brighter Lives which goes towards the support of our reduced-fee places.

Your personal information

Please note that we will store your name and contact details so that an assessment session can be arranged with you. Please read our privacy policy for more information. We look forward to hearing from you.
