Society has based a great deal of importance on success, achievement, and productivity. As a result, most of us define ourselves by what we do, our job title, our salary our accomplishments. However, the focus on these external things can lead us to a sense of emptiness, anxiety and burn out.
Conversely, if we focus on our inner lives, our values and sense of purpose, we will discover our true identity and a purpose will naturally flow from within.
