Christian Mindfulness
Daily life can be busy and stressful and we can find ourselves disconnected from the present moment with God, ourselves and the world around us. Christian mindfulness practice aims to gently foster wellbeing through reconnection with the grace-filled and stabilising presence of God in our present moment.

Decluttering by Faith

This will be a 6-week programme spread out over 3 months in which we are going to explore our relationship with stuff and what the Bible has to say about things and letting go. We will also do some practical work in our homes to put into practice what we are learning.

Ecclesia! What on earth is it?
We will look at God’s intentions, through the ages, that are summed up in His choice of “ecclesia” to describe how we are to live and walk as God’s People, as a visible expression of God’s Sovereignty, Grace, majesty, Holiness, Purposes through all eternity.

This is an invitation to gather around a table , informally, relationally, around food and listen, learn, share and eat while we explore, together, themes around what it is to be “Ecclesia” in the 21st century.
