Helping out with Liquid
Do you enjoy spending time with young people?
Do you enjoy spending time with young people? Would you like to help them grow in their relationship with God? We need you! Liquid meets on Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings and we need more adults to help out. No matter what your gifts or availability, if you feel you could lend a hand then please get in touch with Justin (justin.lanyon-olver@cce.community). You’d be more than welcome to come along for just one session to get a feel for what we do before making any commitments!
Tuesday evenings: We meet at the Kings Hall at 6pm for an hour of music practice and Liquid begins at 7pm. We play games, eat a meal together, hear a short talk and have worship led by the youth who came for music practice.
Sunday mornings: We join the rest of the congregation for the start of the service and then walk to a cafe to drink hot chocolate and talk about the Bible. Sometimes we’ll read a passage, sometimes we’ll talk about a theme, and then we head back to church for the end of the service.
