Advent Offering

This year, instead of  a Christmas Offering, we are supporting two initiatives to provide Christmas  Presents to those in financial need.

Salvation Army
Our friends at the Salvation Army in East Adam Street are once again doing their Christmas Present Appeal for families in need.  You can either bring presents along to the King’s Hall over the next few Sundays (and we’ll arrange for them to be delivered to the Salvation Army) or you can purchase off their Amazon Wish List (last Sunday is 11th December).

Christina and Paul Enever – Santa Visits Scotland
Each year Christina and Paul, part of the CCE family, run a “Santa visits Scotland” as part of their business, however not everyone can afford a visit or present.  So they do a number of free visits for families in need – and see this as part of their mission to their community in Livingstone and surrounds.  We we want to support Christina and Paul this year by providing presents that they can to families in need.  Again, you can bring presents along to the King’s Hall over the next few Sundays, or you can purchase off their Amazon Wish List.
